Located on Vancouver Island, Vector Rehab provides personalized rehabilitation services and therapeutic support for individuals working toward improved wellness, mobility, and functional independence. The clinic serves a diverse range of clients, including those recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or seeking long-term rehabilitation support.
Vector Rehab required a modern, accessible WordPress website that clearly communicates their service offerings, therapy specialties, and client-centered approach. As the clinic evolved, the existing website no longer reflected the quality of care provided or supported the needs of prospective clients, referral partners, and healthcare collaborators.
Key challenges included limited content hierarchy, unclear navigation, and inconsistent responsive behavior across devices. Visitors often struggled to quickly understand available services, treatment approaches, or how to take the next step toward booking an appointment or making a referral.
