The only recommendation I would offer for future improvement is around time tracking clarity. As a client, I wasn’t informed early enough about how many of the design hours had been used, or how many were remaining — that detail came toward the end of the project. It would be helpful to receive periodic updates on time usage since the agency manages the tracking. That said, this did not affect our overall satisfaction, and we’re still pleased to give them 5 stars.
